Moved to New Jersey last year, one of the hard things about moving was giving up a good car mechanic. Thank goodness for Elite auto. Great service, knowledgeable and about a million times cheaper than the dealer. I have been to Elite Auto Service three times now and I always leave impressed. This is highly unusual for an auto repair shop in my experience. The last time I brought my truck in they even drove me home. This made the service experience much more convenient. Absolutely the best auto repair/body shop around. Honesty is the key here. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. When I go in for an oil change they do a complete check. Unlike many other shops they tell you when there is nothing else wrong with your car. Most places always find something else wrong. I've have major repairs and body work done here. I'm so impressed with this company.  I have to say, I completely disagree with the one bad review here.  I've been around long enough to know when I'm being taken advantage of.  If these guys were going to try and rip anyone off, it would be me (because I'm a woman). 

Whenever I am in need of an auto repair I will take it to Elite Automotive. They have always been respectful and handled my car issues quickly and efficiently. Great customer service. I had my car there last week to have it fixed. I was having electrical problem with my lights, both low beams were not working. They fixed the problem in no time. I honestly thought I had nerves of steel but after a hit and run accident I went to sign the police report and noticed my hand shaking! Adding to the stress I was getting no replies from my insurance company. Things were getting scary cuz this is on a Friday afternoon and I can't afford to miss work on Monday to resolve this. BUT Elite got on the horn and I was in a rental in time to get home for dinner! I don't know what I would have done without them!  Dave Robertson is a pro and his politeness doesn't just stop at the front desk.
